valve body

It is a major component in the valve; There are different mechanical manufacturing methods based on the pressure level. For example: casting, forging, etc.

Medium and low pressure valve bodies are usually produced using a casting process.

The valve body of medium and high pressure specifications is produced using forging technology.

After forming a seal together with the valve core and valve seat sealing ring, it can effectively withstand medium pressure.

The material of the valve body is selected from different metal materials according to different process media.

Commonly used materials include: cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.

Valve cover

Valve parts equipped with stem seals are used to connect or support the actuator. The valve cover and valve body can be integrated or separated. The purpose of the valve cover is twofold: firstly, to position the valve stem and ensure that the valve stem can drive the switch normally. The second is the sealing effect, which has a certain strength to prevent internal fluid from flowing out.

Valve stem

As an important component in a valve, it is used for transmission, connected to an actuator or handle, and directly drives the valve core to move or rotate below to achieve valve opening or adjustment.

It is a valve component that uses its movement to achieve basic functions such as directional control, pressure control, or flow control.

According to the movement mode, it is divided into rotary (45 °, 90 °, 180 °, 360 °) and translational (radial, facing).

According to shape, it can generally be divided into spherical (ball valve), conical (plug), circular cake (butterfly valve and gate valve), and circular cap (globe valve and check valve). Generally, bronze or stainless steel is the main material, as well as plastic, nylon, ceramics, glass, etc.

valve seat

The detachable surface component inside the valve is used to support the fully closed position of the valve core and form a sealing pair. The general valve seat diameter is the maximum flow diameter of the valve.
